i enjoyed staff and rooms. epic view, a peaceful balcony, cozy bed, too. the pool was heated and there were a whirlpool and a sauna.

Secluded location and excellent views, particularly helpful staff and BRILLIANT service. Room was fabulous, gorgeous and I liked it. It was good to have complementary drinks in the main bar.

Exceptionally clean hotel, fine staff, retro room. Big suite and newly renovated bed. As I remember, there were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Subway that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

I had a very comfortable stay. Location was particularly good, staff were very attentive, easy check-in. I loved that the room was absolutely stunning and great. Free breakfast, with plenty of food. The service was exceptional, always with a smile.

Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore universal studios florida. We totally recommend the property and staff. It was definitely 3 stars for us. Located in 25 minutes' drive to the airport.
